Bus Tour

The Excelsior Springs Cultural Guild invites you on their historic bus tour of Abilene, Kansas on Saturday, October 29, 2016

Spend the day immersing yourself in a great historical experience.

Tour includes round-trip motor coach transportation with pick ups in Excelsior Springs and Cabela's at the Legends in Kansas, lunch and tours of Abilene, Eisenhower museum and home, the Greyhound Hall of Fame along with a presentation by Cowboy Poet, Geff Dawson.

Itinerary:

7 a.m. - Depart Walmart in Excelsior Springs parking lot.

7:55 a.m. - Depart Cabela's Drive, at the Legends, Kansas City, Kans. Restroom stop.

10:30 a.m. - Arrive Greyhound Hall of Fame, short film and docent led tour.

11:45 a.m. - Arrive at Mr. K's Farmhouse for included lunch. Guest speaker local cowboy poet Geff Dawson. He will have his poetry publications for sale. For more on Geff Dawson, click here.

1:15 p.m. - Trolley tour of Abilene commences from the restaurant.

2:15 p.m. - Depart for Presidential Library and Eisenhower boyhood home for guided tour of the home; self-guided tour in the Library and on the grounds.

4:15 p.m. - Depart Abilene. Restroom stop.

6:30 p.m. - Drop at Cabela's.

7:30 p.m. - Drop at Walmart in Excelsior Springs.

$85 per person
A $2 processing fee will be added.

If paying by PayPal:
1. In full $85 plus $2 processing (due by October 20th.
2. 1st deposit $45 plus $2 processing (due by October 22)
3. Final payment $40 (due by October 27th)
